3. Intellectual Property Use
Clients must ensure that all assets provided to Vivid Muse (e.g., logos, fonts, images) are legally owned or properly licensed. Vivid Muse is not liable for copyright infringement arising from client-provided materials. Vivid Muse retains the right to showcase final designs in portfolios, marketing materials, or promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Project Timelines and Delays
Vivid Muse strives to meet all agreed upon deadlines. Delays caused by clients, including late approvals, incomplete materials, or project scope changes are beyond our control.Vivid Muse is not responsible for any financial or scheduling impacts resulting from such delays.

1. How do I book a service?
Select your desired service on our website and complete the purchase. Immediately after, email vividmusestudio@gmail.com with your project details. Providing this information upfront ensures your project starts efficiently and aligns with your brand. You may book an initial consultation for $50 if you do not know where to start with your project or would just like overall design advice. Once payment is received you will received a service agreement to your email that must be signed before work is started.
2. What is your payment policy?
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your project. Payment guarantees your place on our schedule and allows work to begin.
3. Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final and non-refundable, including deposits and full payments. This policy protects the time, expertise, and creative effort invested in your project.
4. What is the typical turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the service and project complexity. Standard projects typically take 5–14 business days, and a detailed timeline will be provided at the start of your project. Timely client feedback is essential to meet deadlines.

Yes. If your project is not listed on our site, email us with your idea. We can provide a personalized quote and discuss project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
